Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival, pick up from the airport and transfer to the booked accommodation
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport. Our professional tour guide will drive you to your chosen place of accommodation, having arrived you will check in and enjoy the tranquility of the city with a quality time of relaxation as you prepare for your safari.
Day 2 : Kigali Genocide Memorial – Transfer to Ruhengeri – Volcanoes National Park
Following a serene night will be a delicious breakfast to set up the tone for the day, you will embark on a city tour that includes, Kigali Genocide Memorial, then head to the Old Kigali town and Kimironko market, you will have lunch at local cuisine either within the city or en route to the national park. On the way to Volcanoes National Park, you will stop for photos and beautiful sceneries then proceed for Dinner and overnight at your booked restaurant.
Day 3 : Gorilla Tracking Volcanoes National Park and head back to Kigali
At the break of dawn, you will start the experience with an energizing meal. the safari guide will drive you to the park headquarters. this highlight starts with a briefing at 7am by the park warden who divides the trekkers groups of eight with each to track a single gorilla family. depending on the location of the gorilla families in their natural habitat, the trekking might take about 1-4hours. after this adventurous highlight you will drive back to kigali for departure.
